CELINA

A friendly small town with a strong community spirit

Welcome to Celina

Celina is one of the fastest-growing cities in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area, having expanded by more than 50% in the last decade. The popular locale is far from the hustle and bustle of big-city living but close enough to enjoy all Dallas offers. More than 90% of the homes in Celina are single-family residences, with a large portion built within the last 25 years. Whether you want to live on a small property or a ranch with ten acres, you will likely find it in this idyllic community.

Local Lifestyle

Celina has a small-town charm that exudes traditional Southern hospitality found throughout the communities of North Dallas. But the unique town takes it a step further with a slower, more romantic approach to Americana living at its best. Most of the people in Celina enjoy living away from the busy urban areas of Dallas, reaping the laid-back benefits of a peaceful, quiet town. Seeing your neighbor riding his horse through the downtown square is not unusual.

There are strong community ties, and people enjoy spacious residential properties with plenty of activities to keep them busy. Neighboring towns offer upscale shopping venues, seasonal festivals, fine-dining options, and plenty of green space for participating in outdoor recreational activities.

The community pulls together to cheer their Bobcats team to victory, as is evidenced by the hay bales lining the town's roadway spelling out Celina, Texas, in the school colors. The town square offers regularly scheduled events such as movie nights, markets, and festivals such as Cajun Fest, a popular annual tradition not to be missed.

Hope Park Frisco is a popular hotspot for local families, offering splash pads, playground equipment, climbing walls, and more for hours of outdoor entertainment.
